Recruitment Branch Manager - Healthcare Excellent earning potential Based in Southampton
Our client is a privately owned and well established employment business that has experienced consistent growth throughout the UK. They are looking for a motivated and experienced recruiter to manage their branch which has a strong Healthcare bias (Healthcare recruitment experience ideal though other public sector areas will be considered)
You will be joining a branch with an existing team of consultants which has great potential to grow. You will working with the existing team to service current clients in addition identifying and developing new business. You will currently be in a Senior Consultant role or Branch Manager role and are now ready to embark on a new challenge with a company who are experiencing exciting growth.
You will have the ability to take on a new team and using your motivational skills drive them forward to reaching their next level. You will have passion and drive to succeed and you will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
In return you will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary along with car/car allowance and the ability to earn excellent commission based on branch GP.
