Exciting Recruitment Agency Branch Manager Role - Education Sector
Based in Oxford
basic to 35k plus car allowance and commission
Superb commission (uncapped)
Regular bonuses and incentives to reward over achievement
The Position:
An accomplished, highly motivated professional who can successfully grow a new Oxford based office to dominate in their area.
They expect all members of the company to lead from the front so you will be responsible for the day-to-day business of your immediate office - management of a small team of consultants, acting a mentor for junior staff and ensuring targets are met, while also developing your own desk. Managers receive commission for the business brought in by their office, as well as commission for business they bring in on their own desk.
You will be supported by a highly experienced senior management team. It may be that you are currently a successful senior education recruiter looking for a career step, in which case they are able to offer suitable support to develop your skills in management and leadership. Alternatively established BM's from ideally the education sector looking for a new challenge will be considered also.
They have a central administrative team who deal with most issues of candidate clearance and payroll, leaving all billing consultants to focus on business development and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Excellent room for progression with the company, which is growing rapidly.
