Recruitment Branch Manager - Education Based in London Basic to 50k plus car/car allowance
Our client is one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies in the education market around the UK supplying teaching personnel including teachers, nursery nurses and teaching assistants. They are a preferred supplier to many LEA's around the country.
Our client are currently looking for a Senior Branch Manager to lead their team in their London branch. You will be running a team of 10 consultants supplying teachers to schools around the area. The branch is established although there is great scope for development. Your role will be to go develop this team of consultants and add to the existing business by sales calls and by going out and visiting schools face to face.
You will come from an education recruitment background - and have managerial experience whilst looking for the next step up in your career progression. A good track record from within education recruitment is needed along with ambition and drive to assist in driving a branch forward to the next level. No job hoppers need apply as my client needs commitment and stability to lead their strong team.
