IT Recruitment Consultant Required Immediately!! Basic to 25k plus excellent earning potential. Based in central Milton Keynes
My client is a professional, independent organisation providing quality staff in the IT sector. They have a solid presence within the IT market and an excellent, high profile client base. Due to expansion they are looking to increase their team in their Milton Keynes office with a consultant specialising within IT recruitment. This is initially covering a dual desk with a full 360 recruitment responsibility and the chance to build your own team. They require a candidate with a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience (any professional sector considered) with a strong billing record.
Your experience must include canvassing for new business and developing client relationships as this is a large part of the role alongside resourcing and interviewing candidates and relevant administrative tasks. You will be self -confident and self motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of relevant IT packages.
You will be rewarded with a great basic salary which is negotiable on experience along with a fantastic commission structure, rewards and the potential for equity in the company.
