Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT Contracts based in London Basic to 35k - fantastic commission of up to 30%
Our client are a professional IT consultancy with new modern offices in central London and head offices in Ireland. Their team of professional recruiters cover a full range of consultancy services, whilst specialising in the senior IT contract market They are a cash rich independent business who are aiming to significantly grow this year and beyond and need an experienced recruiter to be an integral part of this.
They are looking for people with strong business development skills to grow their own specialist IT desks with autonomy and reap the rewards with a commission scheme unrivalled in the industry and a potential of equity in the long term! You will join an ambitious, hungry team, with an excellent atmosphere and the real desire to succeed!
Would suit experienced, strong recruiters who are wanting to be an integral part of a business and be rewarded accordingly.
You need:
* You will need to be an accomplished recruitment consultant with at least 3 years experience within a professional sector (IT ideally) * A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets * Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Be able to hit the ground running winning new business * Be highly motivated to succeed *Ability to work autonomously
