What qualities do you need?
You need ambition, self motivation and drive. A recent graduate or of graduate calibre? Previous sales experience - ideally telesales or business to business sales. Masses of enthusiasm and the ability to work within a team environment and under pressure in a competitive market.
What will you get back?
A great basic salary plus excellent OTE in the first year - many agencies will easily allow you to double your basic salary in your first year with their great commission structures. Some talented individuals easily earn near 50k in their first year increasing to 70k in their second. Great career progression, training and development.
