Barry Simmons was my point of contact at Skylight Recruitment and I have to say the service received was First Class, absolutely brilliant. Barry has always been patient, supportive and also been honestly realistic with the types of roles I was looking for. At anytime I have called, Barry has always taken my call and, if he was not available, his colleague Katie knew of me and had up to date knowledge of any progress with an application, this obviously reflects excellent communication. The roles advertised on the Skylight Recruitment website are quite diverse but Barry would only contact me regarding roles that were either relevant to my past experience or sectors I wanted to work in, this shows a personalised and consultative approach rather than suggesting I go for every role advertised. Barry does not go for a 'hard-sell' approach to fill a role and build the business with a quick fix, I get the iimpression he looks at the bigger picture and covers positions which will develop my career and when I am in the position of looking for staff myself I know Barry will supply excellent candidates as he listens to whatever everyone is looking for.One small point, Skylight Recruitment is not located in my area of the UK but the geographical knowledge was picked up quite quickly by Barry and Katie so roles suggested were easily commutable for me. Would I recommend anyone to Skylight Recruitment - definitely !
